Turn your docs into a manual people actually read.
Upload a Google Doc, Word file or PDF. Get a private, searchable site for your team in minutes.
Free to join. Readers are always free.
Two ways to start. Nothing else to learn.
No databases, no blank pages and no settings maze. You get a clean manual site with chapters, short cards and search.
Convert my document
Bring the handbook or process guide you already have.
- Pick a Google Doc, or drop in a Word file, PDF or pasted text.
- Guidenest splits it into chapters and short cards, and points out duplicates, contradictions and old dates.
- You review the suggestions, then publish to your team.
Start from a template
No document yet? Start from a ready-made manual.
- Choose a team handbook, process manual or onboarding guide.
- Describe your team in a few lines, and AI drafts each section.
- Edit anything by hand, then publish.
A manual that stays right after day one
Most manuals are correct the day they are written. Guidenest is built to keep yours that way.
Every card shows its source
Each card links back to the page and paragraph it came from, so anyone can check it against the original.
Stays in sync
Keep writing in Google Docs. Changes come through for your approval, and a weekly check flags stale dates and contradictions.
Private by default
Readers sign in with their company Google or Microsoft account, or an email link. Each group sees only the sections meant for them.
You approve every change
AI only suggests. Nothing goes live until an editor approves it, AI edits are marked, and any change can be undone in one click.
Flat price, unlimited readers
You pay per workspace, never per reader. A 400-person company pays the same as a 10-person team.
Your AI, your data
Data is processed in the EU and never used to train AI models. Business plans can bring their own AI key, and AI can be switched off.
The documents your team keeps asking about
Team guidelines and handbooks
How your team works: rules, rituals, owners and decisions, with a task picker so people find the right rule fast.
Often a 30 to 60 page Google DocProcess manuals and SOPs
Step-by-step procedures with owners, review before changes go live, and a change log of what was updated.
Often a folder of Word files or PDFsOnboarding guides
A first-weeks guide new joiners can follow on their own, with checklists and a "Starting this week" view.
Often a slide deck and a doc nobody updatesAlso works for product manuals, client guides, company policies, shop and shift manuals, and club or event guides.
Simple prices, and readers are always free
Pay once for a single site, or subscribe per workspace. Paying yearly gets you two months free.

Get early access
Guidenest is in development. We are opening it to the waitlist in small groups, starting with teams that have a real handbook or process manual to convert.
- Waitlist members keep their launch price for as long as they stay subscribed.
- A few emails at most, only about Guidenest. Leave any time.
Good to know
When can I use it?
Guidenest is being built now. Waitlist members get access first, in small groups, and we will email you when your spot opens.
What files can I import?
Google Docs, Word files (.docx), PDFs, Markdown and pasted text. Notion and Confluence imports come later.
Who can see my manual?
Only the people you invite or your whole company domain, depending on how you share it. Readers sign in with their company Google or Microsoft account or an email link. Public links are optional.
Will AI change my content without asking?
No. AI suggests edits and points out problems, and an editor approves each change before readers see it. AI edits are marked and can be undone.
Is my document used to train AI?
No. We use AI services under terms that do not allow training on customer content, and customer data is stored in the EU.
How is Guidenest different from a wiki or Notion?
It does one thing: turns a manual into a site people read. There are no databases or blank pages to set up, and you can be done in about ten minutes.
